The Position

The Opportunity

The Senior Business Product Owner leads the strategy development and delivery of scalable innovative digital solutions that transform global technical service operations. This role partners closely with crossfunctional teams and agile squads to ensure products meet real user needs drive measurable business value and align with longterm strategic goals. With a strong focus on customercentricity process optimization and continuous improvement the Sr BPO plays a key role in shaping impactful futureready service experiences.

This role is a (service) business role working in close partnership with our global informatics teams who are accountable and responsible for the technical implementation & operations of our digital service solutions portfolio.

In this role you will:

• Define and lead product strategy to align with global business objectives and drive impactful digital solutions.

• Champion innovation by leveraging emerging technologies automation and data to optimize service operations

• Engage with users and stakeholders to ensure solutions are customercentric and address realworld needs.

• Design and deliver scalable business processes that enhance efficiency consistency and global service quality.

• Own the full product lifecycle from concept to implementation ensuring timely and valuedriven delivery.

• Lead and mentor agile teams fostering alignment collaboration and high performance across crossfunctional groups in close collaboration with our technical partners in global informatics

• Drive continuous improvement and cultural evolution promoting experimentation learning and operational excellence.

Who You Are

• Proven experience in product ownership or digital transformation within complex global environments preferably in the area of professional services and large complex installation project management

• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and crossfunctional leadership

• Demonstrated ability to manage enterpriselevel solutions and drive measurable business outcomes

• Strong business acumen with a customer and datacentric mindset

• Experience with automation emerging technologies and service process optimization is a plus

• A collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic fastpaced settings

• Proficiency in English
