We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Developer to join our this role you will be responsible for identifying acquiring and managing new business opportunities in the nearshoring sector. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of IT services a strong industry network and the ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends in the IT nearshoring industry.
- Analyze competitors and industry developments to inform business strategy.
Business Development:
- Identify and engage prospective clients presenting our nearshoring solutions and services.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals presentations and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Qualifications :
Experience:
8 - 10 years of experience in business development sales or account management preferably in the IT services or nearshoring industry.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT services software development and nearshoring models.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills in German and English
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
