We are looking for a dedicated Medical Value Partner to provide scientific knowledge and support in the
management of high medical value products of Roche Diagnostics.
We are committed to not only advancing diagnostic solutions that can support healthcare professionals in
making critical decisions for their patients health but also improving the way these essential tools are
integrated into health systems at a lower cost while still achieving the best possible outcomes.
If you are passionate about collaborating in the Italian Affiliate of Roche Diagnostics with the Marketing
Market Access & Sales teams in a crossfunctional manner and delivering high scientific value to healthcare
professionals and other key stakeholders this opportunity is perfect for you. Your role will be pivotal in
implementing medical plans to address unmet medical needs within the scientific and medical community.
Main responsibilities:
Implement local medical activities and projects aligned with Roche Diagnostics' global strategy.
Enable and implement the overarching global strategy at the affiliate level.
Provide high medical value in the launch of solutions and support premarketing activities
publications and evidence generation initiatives for market access opportunities.
Establish highlevel scientific interactions and partnerships with the medical community and all
relevant stakeholders.
Accountable for Roche Sponsored Studies and InvestigatorInitiated Studies managing the related
budget and resources in line with SOPs.
Collaborate with external stakeholders disease area experts healthcare professionals and patient
advocacy groups in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
Provide highvalue scientific information to stakeholders ensuring the content of medical
symposia/congresses/meetings advisory board presentations and promotional materials are
accurate fair and balanced.
Conduct training and workshops for internal stakeholders on medicalvalue related topics.
Drive the uptake of highquality diagnostic solutions through synergic collaboration on biomarkers.
Liaise with policy and access teams to successfully navigate the local reimbursement process and
foster a favorable environment for highquality diagnostic solutions and precision medicines.
Take an active role in the Roche global community.
Requirements:
University degree in Life Sciences (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
Knowledge in Pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics Medical Affairs management is desirable.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Affairs organization (Diagnostics experience preferred).
Interest in neuroscience and cardiometabolic disease with a focus on digital solutions (preferred).
Proficient in Italian and English.
Proven business acumen and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to clearly present and articulate a business position.
Organized proactive dynamic with personal initiative and capable of achieving goals with minimal
supervision.
