Team Manager Position with Lancashires Fostering Service in the SCAYT Service (Supporting Carers and Young People Together) dual bases at Riverbank Neighbourhood Centre Preston and Tay Street Family Hub Burnley covering the whole of Lancashire.
SCAYT is a team of emotional health practitioners social workers and clinical psychologists. SCAYT work with Lancashire children who are looked after and adopted or children who are living with special guardians and who are eligible for support from the Adoption and Special Guardianship Support Fund (ASGSF).
Join our team that strengthens the relationships between care givers and the child or young person in the care. We use a range of approaches that are underpinned by systemic practice and therapeutic principles to help support children young people and their families. We are seeking a dynamic Team Manager to drive our commitment to highquality support ensuring children have safe stable loving and lasting homes.
