Job Description

Job Title: House Manager
Location: StokeonTrent / NewcastleunderLyme (ST5)
Salary: per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Working Hours: 48 hours per week (2 on 4 off shift pattern with sleeps Admin/Managerial hours)
Hourly Rate: Competitive Salarybased role
Number of Sleeps Required: After each shift
Pay Per Sleep: Included in salary
Service: Supported Living (Care Leavers Service)
Service Users: YPs aged 16 to 25 SEMH Trauma CCE CSE
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent recognised social care qualification
Experience in Years Required: 2 years working with young people aged 1325
Employment Type: Permanent (Fulltime / Parttime options available)

  • Number of Beds: Small home setting

  • Location: StokeonTrent / NewcastleunderLyme

  • Type of YPs: SEMH CCE CSE traumaaffected individuals aged 1625

  • Ofsted Rating: 50% of homes within the organisation ratedOutstanding

  • Ratio of staff to children: High support ratio ensuring personalised care

Who we are looking for

A committed and flexible leader ready to take responsibility for a supported living home
You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle with business insurance
A qualified professional with a Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) relevant to working with young people
2 years of experience working with vulnerable YPs (1325)
Individuals with only CQC or domiciliary care experience will not be considered
Sponsorship is not available for this role
