Corporate M&A Special Counsel

- Operates offices across Australia and internationally.
About the role:
- Provide corporate and commercial legal advice on complex matters including: Private M&A solvent global restructuring general Corporation Act advice general commercial law private capital raising financial services (fund establishment) Chapter 7 (AFSL) private equity and venture capital.
- Act for founders financial sponsors major corporations and financial institutions notforprofit organisations and highnetworth individuals.
- Demonstrate leadership and adapt to changes in the legal market whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues in a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate:
- Special Counsel with 10 PQE with strong experience in Private M&A.
- Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
- Shows technical excellence with a strong work ethic and ideally (but not a necessity) experience with business development.
