Job Description
The Fresh Collective is looking for a highly experienced Bartender with Barista skills to join a closeknit team at The Lounge located onsite at UNSW Kensington. Working with the team the Barista and Bartender will be highly skilled highly motivated and have exceptional customer service skills.

- Annual salary at $70000 plus super
The Role
- Make coffee and tea to a high quality and appearance
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bars wine list cocktail menu and food menu
- Make and serve wine beers cocktails coffees and mixed spirits for the guests
- Conduct a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service staff presentation and grooming
- Set up and cleaning of the bar
- Monday to Friday (Day and Night Shifts)
Requirements
- Minimum 2year experience in bartending coming from wellestablished and fastpaced venues
- Be a competent Barista with latte art skills
- Passion and an extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offering
- Strong knowledge of wines spirits and classic cocktails
- Possess an eye for detail and a focus on customer experience
- Have strong communication skills
- Hold a valid RSA
- Must hold full Australian working rights and be available to work a minimum of 12 months
- Be available to start ASAP
