Job Description
Salary: $75K $90K
Schedule: M F 7am 3:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Overseeand managethe entire estimating process for projects involving light gauge steel construction
- Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for light gauge steel projects including labor materials equipment and subcontractor costs
- Analyze project plans specifications and other documentation to identify scope risks and potential impacts
- Solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers evaluate quotes and negotiate contracts
- Mentor guide and oversee the performance of other estimators ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards
- Manage the bid solicitation process including preparing bid documents and coordinating with the project team
- Monitor project costs and ensure they stay within budget identify potential cost savings and assist in developing costreduction strategies
- Stay uptodate on industry trends regulations and best practices related to light gauge steel construction
- Communicate effectively with project managers engineers clients subcontractors and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations building codes and other regulatory requirements
- 8 years of estimating experience with drywall and IMP/ACM projects
