What Youll Do:
Manage inbound and outbound sales leads with efficiency and professionalism
Provide accurate estimates and pricing through inhome or virtual consultations
Build and nurture relationships with residential and corporate clients
Deliver exceptional customer service from the first call to the final followup
Leverage marketing knowledge to identify new opportunities and grow business
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all paperwork is completed with precision
Youll be representing a trusted brand one with deep roots and a rocksolid reputation in the Pittsburgh area and beyond.
Were Looking for Someone Who:
Has a Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Brings 2 years of successful sales experience (moving/relocation industry a plus)
Communicates clearly and confidently both in writing and in person
Is detailoriented observant and able to manage paperwork with accuracy
Possesses strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Is proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Holds a valid drivers license with an acceptable MVR
Can pass a preemployment background check and drug test
