HVAC Refrigeration Installer Pay (FullTime/Hourly):
- Actual Pay depends on experience certifications skills test and skill level.

HVAC Refrigeration Installer Responsibilities:
- Install residential/commercial HVAC systems focusing on refrigeration
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment.
- Collaborate with managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
- Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission
- Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor
HVAC Refrigeration Installer Qualifications:
- 12 years proven experience as an HVAC installer with specific expertise in refrigeration
- EPA and RMGA certification preferred
- Must be professional
- Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
- Ability to interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
- Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test. For the safety and respect of our customers GUNTHERS is a SMOKEFREE environmentno smoking or vaping.
