Benefits and Features:

$110000 - $140000 / year depending on experience plus quality bonus potential

Your Role with the Company:

Full-time Monday - Friday no weekends no holidays
NP or PA will see 6-8 patients/day
APP will provide outpatient palliative care in nursing facilities patient homes and telehealth
Provider will join a full support staff including a team of APPs and Medical Director

Background Profile:

Board certified Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA
Experience in acute care palliative care or hospice
