Job Description
A leading medical group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in an Inpatient Palliative Care setting the Findlay OH area! (1hr from Toledo OH 1hr from Fort Wayne IN)

Your Role with the Company:
- Fulltime Monday Friday no weekends no holidays
- NP or PA will see 68 patients/day
- APP will provide outpatient palliative care in nursing facilities patient homes and telehealth
- Provider will join a full support staff including a team of APPs and Medical Director
Background Profile:
- Board certified Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA
- Experience in acute care palliative care or hospice
