The Senior RPA Developer will play a key role within the GoDaddy FDAT (Finance Data Automation and Technology) Department supporting the buildout implementation and evangelization of automation throughout the Company. This role is dedicated to driving the adoption of automation solutions by clearly articulating technology value and service offerings to both business and technical users. The right candidate will identify potential opportunities for automation development lead efforts to foster automation throughout the business and implement a robust automation strategy!
What youll get to do
- Drive GoDaddys RPA Automation from end to end including solution architecture maintenance and development.
- Lead and maintain several existing RPA automations on UiPath Orchestrator and Studio collaborating to efficiently fix common and sophisticated failures.
- Understand all stages of the Automation journey supporting team members including new hires to identify and assess automation opportunities with with business partners to conduct highlevel process assessments and develop use cases to support automation.
- Lead all implementation and process development activities within the RPA as an interface for partner management and critical issues where appropriate.
- Anticipate identify track and resolve technical issues risks and opportunities affecting our apply current application development to documentation and GoDaddy standards to further improve team skills and abilities.
Your experience might include
- 46 years of experience demonstrating responsibility in enterprise improvement roles.5 years of experience in process improvement or process consultancy with exposure to digital transformation programs.
- UiPath Automation Solution Architect Developer license working as a business analyst for an RPA Automation Program.
- Handson implementation experience with experience successfully managing and implementing changes in complex organizations.
- Experience working on crossdisciplinary teams in highly matrixed environments across various functional areas and IT leadership.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills with a diversity of collaborators; proven expertise with a clientcentered approach to customer engagement.
You might also have
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science and/or related fields.
