Steele Subaru is on the lookout for 2nd & 3rd Year Apprentice Technicians ready to shift their careers into high gear! As an Apprentice Technician with Steele Subaru youll be joining a team of highly skilled professionals who are committed to delivering toptier service from routine maintenance to complex repairs all while mentoring the next generation of automotive talent. Whether youre just starting out or looking to accelerate your career Steele Subaru offers the tools support and handson experience to help you grow.
Wage Range: Flat Rate Compensation Structure at $18.45 $28.00 hourly
Guarantee: To support stability a biweekly minimum income is guaranteed aligned with 64 flatrate hours
Ideal candidates will be wellorganized hardworking and selfmotivated individuals who take pride in their work. Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment are essential. A valid drivers license with an acceptable drivers abstract is required as youll be moving vehicles in and out of the shop. If youre eager to learn take initiative and grow within a supportive team we want to hear from you!
Facial hair will interfere with the ability to achieve a proper seal on CSAapproved respirators; therefore it is a requirement that staff must be cleanshaven. If you are unable to maintain a clean shave where the respirator seals to the face for any reason please inform us in the form of a request for accommodation.
