Referral Partner Analyst

What does a successful Referral Partner Analyst do

As a Referral Partner Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining and executing the code which calculates monthly and quarterly bonus compensation for the referral partner business in accordance with their signed agreements. You will develop a deep knowledge of business data and an understanding of how to utilize it to compare actual performance against the referral partner contracts. Additionally you will work with internal referral partner leaders to review results and investigate and answer any questions that might arise.

What you will do:

  • Validate data files and execute monthly referral calculation process
  • Quality Control to ensure referral partner calculations are accurate
  • Review results with referral partner leaders to address concerns and data anomalies
  • Provide requirements to update/modify existing calculations or implement new payouts
  • Assist in testing referral partner system changes as needed
  • Partner with technical teams when needed to modify reports
  • Run SQL Queries and work with large data sets
  • Run ad hoc reporting in response to business needs

What you will need to have:

  • Experience in data analysis reviewing and/or working with large data sets
  • Experience in Oracle PL/SQL SQL Server experience (packages procedures functions views etc) and/or Microsoft Access
  • 4 years of an equivalent combination of educational work and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience with Power BI
  • ETL experience (scheduled jobs to move/aggregate/summarize data on a nightly basis)
  • experience (backend data structures)

Salary Range

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
