Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual that exhibits the strong drive communication skills and detail orientation necessary to succeed in being the first point of contact for client workers compensation inquiries on the phone through email or in person.

Our ideal candidate is hardworking responsible and professional.

The Workers Compensation Account Manager is responsible for the oversight and ongoing management of client accounts. This position coordinates with the producer and support staff to facilitate the implementation of new or renewing accounts to ensure the highest level of service is met. In addition the Account Manager will maintain the ongoing client relationship and work with key managers to proactively identify trends in service issues and develop corrective action plans that will positively improve the clients ability to manage their work comp policy and claims.

In this position you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service to retain and build solid working relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively via phone and/or emails demonstrating proper grammar and punctuation.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and overseeing the daytoday account activities.
  • Facilitating developing and implementing order processes and procedures to streamline and meet customer requirements.
  • Accurately recording and punctually processing premium payments and rate changes.

We are seeking candidates that possess the following qualifications:

  • Multitasking ability; selfmotivation
  • Strong attention to detail; team attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and ambiguous environment.
  • Problemsolving; confidentiality
  • Customer service skills; appropriate phone etiquette
  • Time management organization and prioritization skills
  • Knowledge of workers comp preferred but not required.

Flexible Hours: (8:30am to 5pm) or (9:00am to 5:30pm) Monday through Friday
