Marketing Manager for a bright new startup
Onsite Irvine CA (92618) Near Spectrum Center FullTime
Oblossom Nexus is on the hunt for a creative driven and strategic Marketing and Engagement Manager to lead exciting product launches and campaigns in the B2C and DTC space with our AI tool in the supplement space. If youre a handson marketer who loves turning data into action and ideas into impact this is your opportunity to shine. In this role youll lead a growing team develop and execute campaigns that captivate our audience and keep us ahead of the curve in a fastpaced trenddriven market of AI products.
What Youll Do
- Drive Product Growth: Collaborate on new product rollouts and lead the development of promotional strategies that boost awareness and adoption in the B2C and DTC markets
- Lead the Team: Hire manage and inspire the marketing team. Provide clear direction feedback and mentorship to elevate the teams performance
- Own Strategy & Execution: Develop marketing campaigns from the ground up manage trade shows and brand events and ensure alignment with business goals
- Analyze & Optimize: Use market research campaign analytics and competitive pricing data to refine strategies and maximize ROI
- Shape the Future: Identify emerging market opportunities and contribute to longterm planning and innovation
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field
- 3 years of experience in marketing driving B2C and DTC marketing campaigns
- Minimum 1 year of leadership responsibilities including proven experience hiring and managing teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with exceptional organizational and problemsolving abilities
- Proficient in datadriven decision making and budget management
- Passion for branding customer engagement and storytelling
$70000 $90000 a year
What we offer:

Work Scheduled: Onsite Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:30
Classification: Exempt
Salary: $70000 to $90000 DOE
