This role is essential in ensuring all vehicle contract paperwork is accurate compliant and processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and manage new and used automotive sales contracts
- Review all deal documents for accuracy and compliance with state and lender requirements
- Coordinate with sales and finance managers to resolve any deal discrepancies
- Enter contract accounting data and reconciliation ofrelated schedules
- Maintain organized digital and physical contract records
Qualifications:
- Previous dealership or automotive contract clerk experience strongly preferred
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CDKis a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
