Job Description
- Pay: $15 $17 per hour (depending on shift and experience)

Job Coach Responsibilities:
- Familiar with each person using ISP IPE and PCSP.
- Assess needs and interests to develop goals and objectives.
- Provide intensive job coaching and training for work placements.
- Model work maturity dress appropriately for community employers.
- Offer oneonone training and ensure work environment safety.
- Maintain a welcoming communicative and supportive atmosphere.
- Respectfully assist with incontinence/personal care as needed.
- Participate in meetings to report on progress.
- Complete ISP/PCSP/IPE documentation and daily communication notes.
- Perform job analysis develop training plans for independence.
- Follow all therapy and behavior support plans as required.
- Maintain regular attendance and continuity for supported individuals.
- Perform other duties assigned by leadership as needed.
Requirements
- Must have a Diploma/GED
- Have a valid TN Driving License
- Be at least 18
- Strong judgment and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Compassionate approach to personal care
- Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Adaptability and strong problemsolving in dynamic settings
- Ability to deescalate behavioral situations
