Job Description
Do you have 5 years of Payroll Processing and Administration and working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Desktop Have you done EFTPS MTA and DWD
We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist in the Fox Valley area who has prepared payroll payroll tax deposits for federal state and state unemployment. Preparing quarterly and year end payroll reports year end adjustments such as personal use of auto SCorp shareholder health insurance and retirement plans.
The perfect individual will be skilled in preparing the Wisconsin sales tax reports including working knowledge of sales tax laws (tax of common items interstate rules basic exceptions etc). Must have working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Desktop for bookkeeping and accounting purposes including bank reconciliations credit card reconciliations tie of monthly quarterly and year end workpapers to be used in tax return preparation. Respond to all payroll and tax notices from IRS WDR and DWD.
