Smile you found us! Looking for a career change in 2024 Come find out what makes Peak THE PLACE to work and live. Peak Management is currently looking for a ROCKSTAR Property Manager to join our team at our property Eagles Eyrie. They will oversee 80 units in Louisville Kentucky.
Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have experience creating and enhancing value at all phases of a propertys life cycle. Minimum 5 years in a Property Manager role and managing a staff of two or more. In addition must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting finance leasing operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing.
