Position Responsibilities:
In this position youll be responsible for the delivery of care for our Crow Valley Surgery Center patients through efficient and timely management of instruments supplies equipment resources and pharmaceuticals. Youll effectively manage inventory levels to control waste and increase throughput. This is a handson role responsible for acting as a resource to enhance revenue achieve optimal utilization and reduce cost. ORA holds all of our staff members accountable for providing high level care maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with all HIPAA rules and regulations. As a member of our ASC team youre actively involved in work that makes a significant difference in the lives of our patients.
Requirements:
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent as well as an active RN license in the state of Iowa however experience may be considered in lieu of education. A successful candidate will have previous purchasing and inventory management experience possess considerable knowledge of surgical operations and functions and display excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills. Candidates must have the strong ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with patients and their families.
