Key position functions include:
- Receive and document all customer and rental equipment returned from field locations ensuring accurate tracking for billing and operational purposes.
- Maintain accurate records in the operating system for both customerowned and rental assets including their location status and history.
- Coordinate equipment staging ensuring all customer and rental assets are placed in properly marked areas for efficient handling and turnaround.
- Verify deployment and return of all rental equipment following up with customers and sales teams as needed and continuing billing until equipment is returned.
- Load shop demand to ensure timely turnaround of both rental and customer property assets for maximum operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of equipment and repair parts at the branch level ensuring readiness to meet customer needs.
- Forecast inventory needs and communicate with the AMS Supervisor or Manager to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Process and bill customer orders accurately and on time including damage repairs recurring billings and monthend closing tasks.
- Maintain fleet lists for both rental and customer property equipment tracking realtime status and availability at the branch.
- Monitor utilization of all assets collaborating with other branches to redistribute underutilized equipment and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain KPIs with the AMS team and Field Sales tracking metrics such as turnaround time utilization and billing accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure exceptional aftermarket service delivery.
Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:
- Minimum 5 years comprehensive industry experience.
- Related postsecondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of wellhead and flow control equipment.
- Experience with inventory movement transactions.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Selfmotivated good organizational abilities and able to work independently.
- Strong customer service skills. (internal and external)
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications. (word excel outlook power point)
- A commitment to workplace health and safety.
