Market Access Manager Oncology
In this role you will
Prepare and execute effective market access strategies for oncology products of responsibility to secure and sustain optimal access and pricing outcomes in line with company objectives
Lead the reimbursement submission process to drive successful reimbursement outcomes
Establish strong relationships with key external stakeholders
Lead and coordinate a crossfunctional team to achieve strategic goals
Gather customers insights and business intelligence to guide our initiatives
Conduct thorough market analysis including pricing and access trends to identify opportunities and challenges
Monitor external environment which have the potential to impact market access for GSK products
Work collaboratively with other Market Access team members both locally and within regional and global frameworks
Why you
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong understanding of Polish health care and reimbursement system
Knowledge of reimbursement and health care law as well as principles of conducting HTA reports
University degree (preferably in pharmacoeconomics pharmacology public health or related field)
Previous experience in a similar role
High level of personal drive and energy
Excellent presentation skills
Fluency in Polish and English
Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build longterm relationships and business contacts
Knowledge and understanding of NHF settlements systems
