Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Exams Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Poland. This role involves coordinating business development activities across various exam products and services building relationships identifying needs and enhancing opportunities with key accounts to meet business targets. You will resolve issues add value and ensure delivery on expectations executing the country key account plan daily. Additionally you will manage relations with partner test centres and develop business opportunities. The Examinations Strategic Business Unit aims to build trust for the UK through language and culture providing access to education and work opportunities worldwide.

Main Accountabilities:
Commercial Planning: You will carry out routine monitoring and standard reporting on commercial data involving sales profitability and sponsorship opportunities using agreed corporate processes and templates.
Market & Customer Intelligence: Utilize your local market expertise to collect and analyse customer and market intelligence both formally and informally to inform and refine sales and marketing strategies. You will also input into Country Exams business development plans.
Winning Business: Identify business opportunities and focus on converting them into business wins. Generate new leads through networking and relationship development analyse customer needs and ensure that the customer is informed and engaged throughout the process.
Partnership Scheme Delivery: Take responsibility for the daytoday delivery and administration of partnership schemes including access to exam resources platforms for schools. Oversee the account relationship activities of partner test centres and develop business opportunities within the geographies.
Analysis and Reporting: Regularly record analyse and report on operational activity levels and performance data using standard procedures and templates. Conduct research to identify business activities market challenges and key stakeholders within target client groups and partner or sponsor organizations.
Brand/Product Knowledge & Promotion: Maintain an uptodate overview of British Council products programmes and services to provide informed business development support. Ensure the British Council brand is promoted accurately and professionally in all communications with current and prospective customers and partners. Collaborate with Marketing to develop and distribute highquality customerfocused marketing collateral.
Leadership & Management: Prioritize your work activities translating longterm plans into daytoday tasks. Build relationships and use your influence to work with others internally to grow the business.

Person Specification:
Experience: Relevant work experience in a team business development roles and a compliant environment.
Skills: Business development market research stakeholder relationship management winning and closing deals contract management.
Education: Degree in any subject or relevant qualification.
Language Requirements: Desirable proficiency in English (C1) and Polish (C2).

Additional Requirements:
Role is based in Warsaw.
Proof of identity and permanent right to work in Poland.
