Division CISO

This critical role sits within CISO Division contributing to our Identity and Access Management (IDAM) function. You will play a key part in ensuring that both IDAM and nonIDAM teams align with our organizational security framework. A core responsibility is keeping our standards procedures and documentationincluding Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)current relevant and compliant with best practices.

In this role youll collaborate extensively with IDAM teams and other internal stakeholders to drive alignment with the organizations evolving security framework. Working closely with the IDAM Governance team and broader CISO Division youll help ensure that processes reflect maturity inclusion and control excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the IDAM Framework Manager to enhance and maintain IDAMrelated artefacts in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory needs.
  • Aligning IDAM artefacts and controls with technology changes and new business initiatives ensuring relevance and compliance.
  • Coordinating across teams to ensure artefacts and controls are maintained through proactive reviews and managed change processes.
  • Ensuring clarity and consistency in how security processes and responsibilities are defined documented and communicated.
  • Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to identify and address any risks arising from deviations in standard processes.

  • Confidence in respectfully challenging stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with security controls.
  • Skill in interpreting complex security processes and translating them into accessible documentation.
  • Experience working in dynamic evolving technology environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage artefacts throughout their lifecycle.
