Technical skills:
- Strong level knowledge of Cloudflare WAF CDN and BOT config
- Knowledge on SSL and API protection
- Knowledge on Kona Site defender.
- Very good knowledge of WAF
- Knowledge of DDOS and DNS security
- Knowledge on Proxy solutions.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN and network protocols.
- Advanced level skill in firewall policy management (Rule consolidation cleanup regular review using rule analysis tools).
- Ability to manage support cases with external technology vendors.
- Knowledge of virtual technologies is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to easily analyze and communicate complex ideas to management.
- Sensitivity and cultural awareness are essential as the role will involve contacting with a variety of people.
- Discipline and experience in recognizing and handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent time management is crucial.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment
