The Role: Senior QA Lead
The Location: India Hyderabad Ahmedabad Gurgaon VirtualIndia
The Team:
The Quality Engineering team works in partnership with other Technology Functions and the Business to ensure quality delivery of our products. The team works in an agile environment and is located globally. The team is independent in driving all decisions and is responsible for the architecturedesignand quick turnaround of development of our products with high quality.
The Impact:

Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations and/or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Achieve Automation in Scrum team to fulfill Definition of Done
Achieve the above intelligently and economically using QA (Quality Assurance) best practices

Responsibilities:
Design and develop automation solutions that meet organization standards and build reliable reusable and maintainable automated regression suites & test harnesses
Design and develop test plans test cases based upon functional and design specifications execute test cases and analyze and report test results to the teams
Work in the agile environment and adhere to all QA best practices.
Work in partnership with the development teams to deliver business functionality on time with required quality that meets the acceptance criteria.
Active cooperation/collaboration with the global teams at various geographic locations
Focus on building efficient solutions for Mobile testing requirements.
Participate in internal/cross team meetings project scoping functional reviews test specifications technical reviews for assigned projects in an Agile environment
Involve in requirements review and participate in architecture/design reviews with an emphasis on test automation strategy and ensuring best practices
Participate actively in functional system and regression testing activities.
What were looking for:
Bachelors /Masters Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent.
12 years of experience in software testing or development with good understanding of testing coding and debugging procedures
Proficient with Software development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile QA methodologies defect management system and documentation.
8 Years of Test Automation Experience including creation and deployment of frameworks and design and maintenance of test automation and development of automated tests using Selenium Appium using Python or Java.
5 years of experience in leading a QA team and leadership experience in QA automation & functional for new platforms web applications & micro services.
Experience of testing in CI DevOps rolling deployment/upgrade model using tools likeJenkins.
Experience with source control tools such asGitHub or Azure Devops
Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) Experience ofBehavior Driven Development (BDD)practices.
Experience with Test processes opensource test frameworks test design strategies writing test cases and automating tests in Java with frameworks like JUnit/TestNG Selenium JMeter and Appium
Experience with web application testing performance testing regression testing database testing and web service testing.
Experience working with a ticketing system such as Microsoft VSTS or Jira.
Proficient in Java and writing functional automation (UI/API)
Solid foundation in data structures algorithms design patterns and strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficient in understanding applicationlevel vulnerabilities like XSS SQL Injection CSRF authentication bypass cryptographic attacks authentication flaws etc.
Conducting both internal & external security inspections and automation for Security.
Proficiency in one of the following scripting languages: Python PowerShell LUA or Bash.
Experience in performance testing of Website UI and API.
