Behavioural Support Staff Fulltime Parttime Adhoc Roles Available
Hours: Monday Friday 8:30am 3:30pm (subject to availability)
Were looking for enthusiastic resilient and caring Behavioural Support Staff to join our dedicated team at a vibrant and inclusive SEN school in York. Whether youre looking for fulltime parttime or flexible adhoc work we want to hear from you!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Supporting students with a range of additional needs including autism ADHD and social emotional and behavioural challenges
- Providing tailored onetoone and group support throughout the school day
- Promoting positive behaviour emotional regulation and engagement in learning
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to support individual education plans

What Were Looking For:
- Experience working with young adults or students with SEN is highly desirable
- A calm patient and nurturing approach
- Willingness to undergo or already possess an Enhanced DBS (on the update service)
- Reliability and a genuine commitment to supporting children and young people
