Job Description
We are recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor at the five star Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa in Edinburgh working 40 hours over 5 days out of 7

As a role model for your housekeeping team youll coach encourage and work alongside them so they can learn from your impeccable standards. Its about turning guests into loyal customers of a hotel they see as home away from home. All because youve taken care of everything.
What youll do
Coordinate housekeeping activity planning and distributing roomcleaning assignments
Inspect guest rooms and public areas after theyve been cleaned to ensure the highest standards are being met
Identify and report any maintenance issues and missing or damaged property
Respond to guest and Front Desk requests
Run reports on arrivals departures and vacant ready rooms

Previous supervisory experience would be a big plus
