JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Guest Services Manager and under the supervision of the Manager on Duty the Valet / Bellperson is responsible for the hotel lobby hotel entrance baggage handling and car parking. Greet guests coming to the hotel and give them all necessary information as well as being available for services as needed.

YOUR ROLE
- Greet guest on arrival open doors and inform them about parking procedures. Help guests with baggage and any special requests
- Bring baggage up to guest rooms and retrieve them when requested
- Show guests the room features
- Deliver mail assist with receiving. Deliver packages to the rooms or to respective department.
YOUR PROFILE
- Previous customer service experience an asset
- Good knowledge of the city and its tourist attractions and major routes
- Being organized approachable courteous empathetic fast acting professional
- Able to work in a team environment
- Able to stand/walk for up to 5 hours at a time
- A second language an asset
