Job Description
Location: Ottawa ON
Were hiring an Executive Business Partner (EBP) to support our Commercial team. Youll work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and senior leaders to keep priorities clear workstreams connected and the team focused on what matters most. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes bringing structure to a fastmoving environment staying ahead of shifting priorities and helping the team operate smoothly and effectively.
What youll do
- Partner with Commercial leadership to support strategic planning coordination and followthrough
- Track key deliverables help connect crossfunctional work and surface blockers
- Manage calendars meeting prep logistics and followups across internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate reporting timelines and team planning rhythms
- Organize travel offsites and internal events
- Step into highpriority projects as needed to keep things moving
What you bring
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a Commercial Sales or Growth org
- Comfortable working with tools like Salesforce dashboards and reporting systems
- Youre organized proactive and good at managing moving parts
- Clear communicator who brings calm and clarity
- Curious thoughtful and motivated by helping others do their best work
