An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a highly talented and experiencedSite Supervisor who will look after the Hazmat areas of a CBD project.
This role will also be responsible for quality HSE staff management subcontractor/supplier management industrial relations and all site related activities.
You will also have extensive experience negotiating and influencing outcomes ensuring conflicts are managed appropriately. You are a genuine leader with a positive approach and you will demonstrate strong time management planning and organisational skills.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess a relevant trade
- Strong people management skills
- Show initiative and adaptability
- Have had exposure to major external and internal structures
- Have advanced Computer skills with Microsoft packages
- Possess appropriate OHS qualifications
- Be able to show longevity with past employers and exemplary references
