Health Information Exchange (HIE)
Database developer/designer/administrator
Day to Day Tasks:
Analyze architect test debug implement and document Oracle database solutions to meet project needs and goals. Monitor system performance and metrics. Participate in all phases of project from business requirements to final turnover.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Software Architect Makes highlevel design choices and dictates technical standards including software coding standards tools and platforms. Designs multileveled architecture or component interactions of a largescale software system.
Expert 84 months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Requested Qualifications:
84 Months Experience developing Oracle PL/SQL from version 10g to 19c using advanced PL/SQL programming techniques. Experience should include creating stored procedures packages triggers and other objects.
84 Months Experience managing the software development lifecycle of a team. This must include managing development testing integration deployment decommissioning and documentation.
84 Months Experience with HL7
72 Months Experience authoring/editing/following technical documents including Business Requirements Technical Requirements and Data Lineage Documents.
84 Months Experience managing the technical details of Oracle database migrations including security and the development and execution of DML and DDL scripts.
84 Months Experience with ensuring HIPAA Guidelines are met and followed.
48 Months Experience with Oracle encryption/decryption.
