s Celonis to analyze and visualize Navy ERP processes evaluate conformance to S/4 HANA standards and identify inefficiencies or data gaps. This individual works closely with the E2E IPTs and Functional SMEs to develop current state vs. future state comparisons identify performance KPIs and advise on process optimization strategies. The role supports process modeling control mapping and provides visual decision support to leadership to drive reengineering and compliance improvements. Serves as a leader in Financial Improvement Coordination ensuring that groups of professionals are working successfully within the context of complex business environments. Develops business cases requirements studies and scope solutions. Identifies gaps and shortcomings in solutions and determines ways forward and/or workarounds to the solutions proposed. Leads process modeling and translates requirements into design. Leads the formulation and implementation of strategic plans. Coordinates with the client at the SES level and above.

Required Skills

Demonstrated expertise in Celonis or similar process mining tools
Ability to model and interpret ERP processes and visualize flows
Strong knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4 HANA data and transaction logs
Experience creating dashboards that highlight bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
Analytical mindset with root cause analysis and anomaly detection experience
9 years of related experience.
Secret Clearance
Bachelors Degree

Desired Skills

Experience working with DoD or Navy financial/logistics processes
Familiarity with Palantir Foundry and Advana analytics layers
Exposure to audit controls business process reengineering and automation triggers
Strong crossteam communication and facilitation skills

$120000 $130000 a year

At Significance your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.

We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation including but not limited to experience; jobrelated skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
