Department: Restaurant
- Develop and showcase creativity in crafting unique and innovative cocktails experimenting with various ingredients and techniques to create signature drinks.
- Prepare and serve various drinks including cocktails mixed drinks beer wine and nonalcoholic beverages following standardized recipes or customer preferences.
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared accurately maintaining consistency in taste presentation and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area regularly cleaning glassware utensils and equipment.
- Handle payments process transactions and provide accurate change. Keep track of tabs for customers seated at the bar.
- Two or more years as a Bartender preferably in fine dining with extensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages cocktails and wine
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and sometimes highpressure environment
