Community Fairbanks Behavioral Health embraces the importance of continued professional development and growth for its caregivers. We support our team members continued learning by providing up to 40 training hours per year. Unique learning is delivered through the Linda McClain Clinical Institute which offers over 100 free live CEU training options yearly. In addition caregivers receive free access to Relias a platform which offers over 1000 selfguided continued education opportunities.

Make a Difference
The Life Skills Clinician (LSC) will engage with individuals and families to improve their health and wellness live selfdirective lives and strive to reach their full potential. The LSC monitors and provides care coordination and life skills training and development in collaboration with the care team to youth and/or adults with cooccurring mental health and/or substance use disorders including those with serious and persistent mental illness. Bachelors Degree required
