Were on the hunt for a Director of Retail Sales and Customer Service to lead the charge in expansion of our product innovation pipeline scaling our retail partnerships and ensuring customers love our products and our service. This is a big role with big impactand will be fundamental to shaping our fastgrowing division for future success.


What Youll Do

Innovation Strategy

  • Craft and execute innovation strategies that drive growth in private label product lines.
  • Spot the next big thing through customer insights and market trendsand create it in partnership with product development teams
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to commercialization ensuring quality customer alignment and profitability.

Sales Strategy & Key Account Management

  • Design and implement powerful sales strategies that drive real revenue growth.
  • Set goals KPIs and performance benchmarks that the team rallies behind.
  • Build and grow highlevel relationships with top North American retailers
  • Call on senior buyers negotiate contracts and expand product distribution with confidence.

Customer Experience & Service Excellence

  • Set the gold standard for customer service across channels.
  • Handle escalations with empathy and solutionsfirst thinking.
  • Champion a customerfirst culture that drives loyalty and satisfaction.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead with vision communicate with clarity and align your team to company goals.
  • Shape team structure and roles to ensure maximum effectiveness and clarity.
  • Partner crossfunctionally with operations finance and supply chain to bring ideas to life.

Analytics & P&L Ownership

  • Dive deep into data to spot trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Own full P&L for your product linesincluding financial modeling and margin analysis.
  • Use insights to finetune strategies and fuel smarter faster decisionmaking.

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • 8 years in retail sales product management or customer experience specific experience and focus on Walmart Key account management and working in customer portals
  • Proven track record managing key retail accounts and owning sales goals.
  • Experience launching new/ breakthrough CPG products brand or private label
  • Problem solver with ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Strong financial acumen and a love of datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Leadership that inspires action accountability and high performance. A passion for innovation sustainability and with a passion for organic product and the positive impact on planet and people
