TheGlobal Digital Hubhas newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management Brand Support Digital Publishing Services Marketing Automation Copywriting and Creative Design.
As a Channel Operations Lead you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of production consistency and quality across digital marketing channels starting with Email and Web. You will work closely with the Channel Experience MarTech and IT teams to gather and disseminate best practices monitor channel utilization oversee production workows and track performance metrics. Your focus will be on aligning production processes with Roches broader digital transformation goals and operational excellence. Additionally you will escalate potential issues and early warnings to the Operations Team Lead ensuring proactive management of any challenges that may arise. This role requires close coordination with the Channel Experience and MarTech teams. You will support Roche afliates and/or business teams and collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to enable scalable datadriven and impactful digital customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Gather Best Practices:
Research and identify best practices for each channel through coordination with the Channel Experience MarTech and IT teams
Collaborate with different teams to collect information on effective methods and strategies.
Document and standardize best practices for distribution to the Labs production teams.
Ensure Production Consistency and Quality:
Oversee the implementation of standardised production processes across all channels.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to best practices and identify areas for improvement.
Work with production teams to address any inconsistencies and suggest workow optimisations.
Reports on Channel Utilisation and Metrics:
Track and analyse channel utilisation data to provide insights on performance and efciency.
Prepare and present concise reports on key metrics to stakeholders to inform the Delivery Lead about production status for each channel.
Use datadriven insights to recommend improvements and strategies for enhancing channel performance.
Escalate Potential Issues and Early Warnings:
Monitor production activities to identify potential issues and early warning signals.
Communicate and escalate any concerns promptly to the Operations Team Leads.
Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

Required work experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Marketing or a related eld.
Proven experience in digital marketing operations management channel management or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Prociency in using workow management tools and reporting software
