About the Role
Are you ready to take ownership of financial reporting and help drive strategic decisions in a venturebacked rapidly growing startup Were looking for a proactive Management Accountant to join our finance team and play a key role in delivering insight control and commercial value as we scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts including balance sheet reconciliations revenue recognition and accurate financial reporting
- Own the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes ensuring efficient cash flow and strong stakeholder relationships
- Maintain the integrity of financial data through accurate bookkeeping and reconciliation within our accounting system
- Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) including budgeting forecasting and financial modelling
- Support the preparation of board pack content providing insights that inform strategic decisions
- Identify and implement process improvements across finance operations
- Work closely with our B2B sales team to support reporting commercial analysis and pipeline visibility
- Collaborate crossfunctionally on projects that support business performance and strategy
Requirements
- Fully qualified (ACA ACCA CIMA) or close to completion
- Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience in a fastpaced or startup environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and monthend close processes
- Advanced Excel and G Suite skills
- Proficiency with accounting software (Xero preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently take initiative and manage multiple tasks effectively
