A place to make a difference:
In this maximum term part time position (9 days per fortnight for 2 years with potential for permanency) youll work within a case management framework in a refuge and outreach setting providing support to children and families who are experiencing domestic and family violence.
Based in the Moreton Bay region youll work 68.4 hours per fortnight as follows:

Does this sound like you
Youre an experienced practitioner who is passionate about supporting families within a child centred strengthsbased framework. Importantly you have a strong understanding of the impact of trauma on children and their families and youre keenly aware of the additional impacts and barriers experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families.
It is a genuine requirement of this position that it be filled by a woman as permitted in sections 25 104 and 105 of the AntiDiscrimination Act 1991.
