Your missions
We are looking for a dynamic and reliable Receptionist to join a legal firm for 32 hours per week spread over 5 working days.
As Receptionist you will :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a tidy and professional appearance
- Provide administrative support to Executive Assistants including filing scheduling preparing documents and data entry
- Coordinate meeting rooms and assist with internal events
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
This position is a great opportunity to :

Your ideal profile
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly autonomous wellorganized and detailoriented
- Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive attitude
- Fluent in English and French both spoken and written
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and general office equipment
