Your tasks at a glance
  • You warmly welcome patients and direct them to the waiting room ensuring that new patients complete the questionnaire to add to their files.
  • You handle mail clinic phone lines and voicemails and make sure to call patients to confirm their appointments.
  • You are responsible for updating the medical records and appointments software after each patients arrival and departure.
  • You manage inventory and ensure the aesthetics and cleanliness of the clinic when needed.
  • You will be cross-trained in other technical positions (once you have completed your initial training).
A clear view of your assets
  • You have excellent communication skills in English.
  • You have experience as a receptionist medical secretary or administrative assistant in a doctors office and/or have strong customer service/patient care skills.
  • You are comfortable with computers technology and Microsoft 365; knowledge of EMR systems is an asset.
  • You demonstrate a strong customer focus and good emotional intelligence.
  • You stand out for your organizational and collaborative skills as well as your ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • You especially thrive in a dynamic environment and when working as a team.
  • Schedule: You are available to work Saturdays (7:45 am- 4:30 pm).
