Job Description

Denza is the new brand from BYD. The worlds largest manufacturer of electrified cars headquartered in Shenzhen (China) is also coming to the UK this year with its new premium brand Denza. One of the first models from the new BYD brand is the Z9 GT shooting brake featuring unique technical specifications.

As Denza enters the UK market we are seeking a passionate and handson AfterSales Manager for the United Kingdom to support the successful market entry and longterm positioning of the brand. In this role you will take the lead in establishing Denzas After Sales operations in the UK acting as a key project manager and interface between Denza and the existing BYD After Sales and network development organisation.

You will be responsible for building a robust service partner network ensuring fullservice readiness at launch and overseeing key aftersales projects in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. This position offers the unique opportunity to help shape the customer experience of a premium EV brand from the ground up while leveraging the infrastructure and knowhow of BYD one of the worlds leading new energy vehicle manufacturers.

You will report directly to the UK head of aftersales.

Working location: Uxbridge London

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage Denzas After Sales operations in the UK in strong cooperation with the network team
  • Act as the primary liaison between Denza and BYDs After Sales teams
  • Develop and manage a highquality service partner network
  • Ensure full service readiness for market launch and beyond
  • Drive and manage crossfunctional aftersales projects
  • All in close collaboration with BYDs existing After Sales Organisation

Required Skills Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong experience in automotive After Sales operations and project management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the UK automotive service standards and dealer/service network structures
  • Handson mentality with a structured solutionoriented approach
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and to international locations. Approx. 50% travel
  • Valid UK drivers license required
  • Several years of relevant professional experience preferably around 10 years
  • Has right to work in the UK
