Job Description:
As such Direct Medics are working in partnership with NHS Scotland to find an experienced and dedicated Specialist Biomedical Scientist who will be based in a Microbiology Department in Dundee covering specific tasks within the Bacteriology Laboratory.
Locum roles with Direct Medics are a great way of enhancing your earning potential as well as working with some of the most professional and successful teams in the country.
This role is required asap to 30/09/2025 initially. Monday Friday 9am 5pm.
Requirements:
- HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist
- IBMS Specialist Portfolio
- Experience processing positive blood cultures storage of isolates on beads processing organisms for EUCAST
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Right to live and work in the UK
