Job Description
Job Title: Stock Control Specialist
Location: Remote (Philippinesbased)
Schedule: Overlap with Australian business hours
Compensation: Competitive (Abovemarket rates for rightfit candidates)
Reports To: Inventory/Operations Manager
About the Role
We are searching for a reliable and processdriven Stock Control Specialist to manage inventory oversight remotely. This individual will ensure that all portable building components are tracked available and welldocumented across the entire workflow from procurement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records and update them daily in the CRM

Monitor stock levels and flag shortages or potential delays

Coordinate with suppliers to confirm availability and delivery timelines

Collaborate with the admin and sales teams to align inventory with orders
-
Identify discrepancies and resolve stockrelated issues proactively
-
Produce simple reports or summaries for management when requested
Qualifications
-
2 years in stock logistics or inventory management
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple items simultaneously

Familiarity with stock software Excel or CRM systems

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communicator especially in written formats
