We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing support resolving inquiries and ensuring an excellent service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information about products services or policies
Resolve complaints or issues efficiently escalating when necessary
Maintain customer records and update account information
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer needs
Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree is a plus)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
