Job Description
Position Title: Vice President
Division: Staffing
Salary Range: 120180k
Location: Clearwater Florida
Summary:
Dynamic and resultsdriven leader with a strategic focus on growth and profitability. Skilled in identifying emerging markets expanding service offerings and capitalizing on new client opportunities. Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:
-
Oversee daily operations of the staffing division ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Monitor KPIs operational metrics and implement performance improvement strategies.

Client & Business Development:
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Support sales efforts and participate in highlevel business development initiatives

Team Management:
-
Lead and mentor regional directors sales teams recruiters and support staff.
-
Foster a performancedriven culture with an emphasis on accountability and results.

P&L & Financial Management:
-
Own the P&L budgeting and forecasting.
-
Monitor revenue goals margin optimization and cost control initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management:
-
Ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment laws and industry regulations.

Mitigate risks related to labor practices contracts and client engagements.

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor s degree in Business Human Resources or related field (MBA preferred)
-
10 years of experience in the staffing industry with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Proven track record of revenue growth and operational excellence
-
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
-
Expertise in staffing technology platforms and ATS s (e.g. Bullhorn Aviont Salesforce) and CRM tools
-
Experience managing multilocation or national staffing operations
-
Background in specialized staffing sectors (professional light industrial clerical engineering etc.
-
M&A or business integration experience is a plus.
