Job Description
RN - Unit Manager Travel/Contract Lebanon Pennsylvania
- Location: Lebanon PA 17042
- Duration: 05 weeks
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 32 - 40 hours/week
- Weekly Pay: $2120 $2280
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the nursing unit.
- Supervise mentor and evaluate nursing staff.
- Oversee patient care delivery and implement care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments and ensure high-quality interventions.
- Ensure compliance with policies procedures and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania RN License.
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience including at least 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
