Position: Administrative and Financial Coordinator

To support our continued growth Azurreo is hiring a remote Administrative and Financial Coordinator. This is a pivotal role working closely with the company manager combining financial oversight administrative support and client communication. Were looking for someone businessoriented reliable and ready to commit longterm to our international team.

Tasks

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the managers calendar and meeting schedule; ensure timely followups.
  • Handle invoicing monitor payments and communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances.
  • Maintain financial dashboards and expense reports; support budget tracking.
  • Assist with financial planning and contribute to reporting.
  • Perform general administrative duties (document organization file management).
  • Coordinate communication with clients service providers and partners.
  • Support internal teams with crossfunctional administrative and commercial tasks.
  • Organize travel arrangements (flights hotels itineraries).
  • Work effectively across time zones and in a multicultural setting.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in administration finance or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role ideally with financial and operational exposure.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills especially in customerfacing financial contexts.
  • Highly organized selfsufficient and detailoriented.
  • Proficient in office and collaboration tools (Excel Word cloud platforms etc.).
  • Businessminded and capable of understanding company operational needs.
  • Longterm availability and commitment to the role.
  • Flexible work hours to support international coordination when necessary.
