Job Description
The Privatize engineering team is seeking a (fully remote) Senior Developer with deep expertise in Python Django and TailwindCSS to lead the development of strategic platform features. With at least 5 years of experience or exceptional technical ability youll play a crucial role in shaping the product architecture driving implementation and delivering creative userfocused solutions.
Tasks
- Lead endtoend development of new features using Python Django and TailwindCSS from architecture to deployment
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with product design and business teams to turn concepts into scalable and maintainable code
- Manage technical projects establish timelines and ensure successful delivery
- Gather and interpret feedback from users and stakeholders to drive product evolution
- Advocate for best practices in code quality performance and security
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative growthfocused engineering culture
Requirements
- 5 years of professional software development experience including deep expertise in Python Django and modern frontend frameworks such as TailwindCSS
- Proven ability to independently manage and execute on complex projects
- Strong problemsolving mindset with a track record of crafting creative scalable solutions
- Experience working in crossfunctional teams and aligning tech decisions with product strategy
- Familiarity with Github Sentry and Figma
- Bonus: Experience in private markets fintech or B2B2C platforms
